In the beginning, beginning meaning, at the start of the home sale process we contacted Redefy. The response time was amazing and Steve showed up the following Saturday. We put the house on the market based on neighborhood "market value"(which in hindsight was way too high in both his opinion and ours). Steve helped me purchase my first home. He was patient and immediately told me if he did not like a home we toured and why. He was a great agent for my rental property and took care of most of the problems on his own and contacted me when necessary. He would also check on my rental property.
