In the beginning, beginning meaning, at the start of the home sale process we contacted Redefy. The response time was amazing and Steve showed up the following Saturday. We put the house on the market based on neighborhood "market value"(which in hindsight was way too high in both his opinion and ours). The only reason I gave 4 stars in local knowledge is because I bought a house in Chesapeake not va beach. Doug and everyone he connected me with we're a huge help, they were all more than willing to answer my questions even after their business hours. The majority of buying the house needed to be done with me 3000 miles away and everyone there really did all of the leg work for me. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Doug and all of his associates to anyone looking to buy. A house.
He was very professional but I liked that he made me feel like I was with a family member. He never pushed his ideals on me and he always told me the truth even if it was something I didn't want to hear. He never became tire of looking at homes with me and he would always clear his day for me so we could look at as many home as my heart desired. I was so please with the out come and I am using him again to find a business property. I would recommend Ekun to everyone I know and everyone I come in contact with.
Doug Wolfe was very patient with me even when I was indecisive. We looked at 11 properties. Doug was very efficient using my time wisely so that I was not away from work waiting to see a property.
