In the beginning, beginning meaning, at the start of the home sale process we contacted Redefy. The response time was amazing and Steve showed up the following Saturday. We put the house on the market based on neighborhood "market value"(which in hindsight was way too high in both his opinion and ours). Steve was able to take our out-of-state home buyer fears, and make it a successful transaction. We did a lot by text, emails and phone calls, but when it was time to visit, he was well prepared and a house was selected. Between himself and our lender, all went better than expected.
