Came out the same day I called them. Took advantage of their $79 tune-up special. on my air conditioner. David the Technician was professional and thorough. Thanks Reddi.
Mike Jimenez, a licensed plumber with Reddi, was excellent. He gave me extra information concerning the “why” I was having a leaking problem and fixed it right up. Can’t say good enough things about my experience. A real relief to have the problem solved!
If you are dissatisfied with your technician, dispatch will only allow you to schedule another service call with the same technician. Sometimes a manager or another technician is needed to resolve issues so this is disappointing.
Reddi has taken care of the fertilizing and weed control of our yard for the past 3years and we are happy with the job they have done. I witnessed them training someone new today and letting him know the things he was doing well and what he needed to work on. Great to know they are training thoroughly.
Zach did an excellent job servicing our garage door. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the whole unit. Working with our warranty company, he took care of everything! He is efficient, personable and goes above and beyond. I will ask for him specifically if and when I need service again.
Very disappointed in the mess that was left when Adam was finished cleaning our sewer line. He mis-diagnosed the problem....opened the drain plug and had us flush the toilet. Black sludge all over my laundry room floor. Vacuumed it but left a mess. Wish I could post a pic of the mess here.
RecommendedMike Jimenez was wonderful! Our water heater needed to be replaced and he had a new one installed in no time. Great experience, very nice, polite man.
Michael was on time and did a nice job checking out my AC. Was quick with his service and mindful of my time. Took good care of everything and cleaned up everything nice before he left.
