James Brown was a very nice and helpful gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and a real plumber! He did more than we expected! We would certainly call him again!
RecommendedI had a new garage door opener and keypad installed by Zack Beden. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the problem and all of my options so that I could make an informed decision. He even helped sync the new opener with my car and my phone. I would highly recommend calling Reddi Overhead Door Co. If all of your technicians are as great as Zack you have a great team!
Quick at providing service. Very knowledgeable service provder, Zack Bedan was very thorough at explaining the problem, and giving info as to possible solutions. The work was done in a very timely fashion. He programmed the opener in my car so I could keep the hand held opener in my other car.
I know I can rely on the lawn treatments getting done in a timely matter no matter what is going on with my own schedule.
We had a start up carried out and the technician was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient !
Just installed an AC unit and furnace today. 100 degree weather and unit is not cooling. Not pleased that they could not send someone back out today. I know it is a warranty install but come on where is the customer service.
When we called for someone to work on our AC, he got here in a very short time. Freon was put in and our problem was solved. Very satisfied.
Luke came out about 4:20and was here over 1-1/2trhicng to get my kitchen sink and my front bathroom sink unclogged . He was very professional and very nice to deal with he ended up unplugging both of my drains and cleaned up . I have never had anyone from ready that hasn’t done a good job so far and as far as I’m concerned will continue to use them for years to come . Thanks Luke for a great job
In November I paid to have my hot water heater replaced. Due to some comments made by our renter, it wasn't completed up to code for inspection. Reddi came out and after speaking to the inspector finished the job at no cost to us.
