I was very pleased with Reddi's Tech. I had a blocked sewer line that needed immediate service. With my schedule, it was going to be a real issue to get a Tech out for service. Reddi worked withe me to get everything running again that night!! I appreciate the Tech staying on the job late so that I could get service. He was very kind and professional.
We have been a customer since shortly after we bought our house in 1979, mostly for root-related clogs. It seems sewer line clogs tend to happen on weekends and holidays, but luckily this one was during the day, limited to only the kitchen and more manageable, now that I am retired. We had Michael Jimenez over today to put in a new water heater. He is great! We had him over a few months ago also and could not ask for a better person to be sent out. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and made sure I had no more questions. I would recommend him to anyone. I will definitely be calling wanting him back if I ever need anything else done.

I had and issue with kitchen faucets 08.01.2018 and Reddi sent a great technician name of Mike Jimenez. He did and excellent job very professional.
Keith was great! Knew his stuff did a very good job fixing something that broke while my bathroom floor was getting installed. Floor was just installed today and he was able to fix the toilet without causing any issues with the floor although it made it more difficult. Thanks Keith!
