Recommendedthe tech was very polite and told us everything that he was doing. He was even early but called u to make sure it was okay. He was done fairly quickly and cleaned up the area he worked in.
As a small business owner, I am always impressed when companies provide exceptional customer service. We had a drainage issue at home and called Reddi Industries to schedule a service call. Very professional and helpful service provided on the phone. We were called promptly to schedule the technician and the technician was early! Very pleased and will use again

Adam Benero came in answer to a call about a previous service call with Reddi Industries. The previous routing job was apparently not successful. Adam found that the prior service man had gone through the wrong sewer cleanout and had damaged the flapper on the back flow device. The prior cleaning was not sufficient to solve our problem. Adam ran the camera down the correct cleanout, then ran the routing tool down the sewer line and ran the camera again to be sure the job was done correctly. I like the fact that when I call 24/7 there is a person I can talk to. I've had some issues with my older furnace but Dave came out and got right to the task and found the issue. I've been using Reddi for a number of issues and will continue to use them. They are very reasonably prices, technicians on time, fast friends service. Thanks for being a company with integrity.
