Very disappointed. Reddi bought SSI who i have been a faithful customer to for years. The tech who came out (in a SSI truck)agreed that the system was not winterized correctly as there was water in the line and the unit on the house that SSI replaced a year ago broke as a result. The tech said the manager wasn't available but would call us the next day to discuss. We were told we needed to pay in full that day while waiting for return call.
