Dean Tech#18028 saved the day! What was a dreaded phone call for a project I was not prepared for turned into a wonderful experience. Dean took me step by step and explained everything to me with a big smile on his face and a helpful attitude. I raved to my friends, family and co-workers right away about him and what he did for me. He knew how overwhelmed i was and took an extra step into making sure I understood and that the job was done right. He will be my first call next time. 😀

Our pilot light went out on our water heater yesterday. We called A Good Plumber (Reddi Industries) around 8:30 am today and the tech was here by 3 pm. Michael Jimenez, the service tech, lit the pilot light at no charge. He said that he had already lit five other pilot lights so far today because of the strong gusts of wind that we’ve had lately. Thanks, Michael, for giving us back our hot water and making our whole day! God bless you!
