RecommendedSo last night my hot water heater decided it was done. This morning I called (6) “recommended” plumbers only to hear “it will be 3 to 5 days before we can get out”. Then I called Reddi, I got a call back within the hour letting me know my new hero, Frank, would be on site in an hour. Frank showed up, on time, diagnosed, quoted, ran back to Wichita and installed the new water heater and was out of here in 3 hours flat. I absolutely recommend Reddi and even more so recommend Frank.
