During the record setting rain on Monday, Oct. 8, I found that my sump pump was not working. Called mid morning and Michael Chetwood and his partner came that afternoon. They were efficient, professional and friendly. This is the fourth time I have used Reddi and have always been extremely pleased with their service.
We have started using Reddi Industries for our HVAC and plumbing needs. I always check with them first if they offer a particular service. They are prompt and professional. Last summer our A/C went out. I called the company that installed the A/C and they couldn't come out for 2 days - it was 85 degrees in the house. I called Reddi and the young man came out that same day and it was up and running in 30 minutes. Thanks Reddi!!! Sally Hall

Seth got to my house right when they said he would. He checked out my problem which was way bigger than I thought it was. When he started telling me all that had to be done I started to feel sick but then he gave me the price and I was so very pleasantly shocked. It was no where near what I thought it was going to be. Then later in the day I had a question and Seth called me back and took time to talk to me and give me some good advice. They also were able to get me scheduled right away to get the work done.
Fast and friendly technicians, very knowledgeable. David Blessman worked very hard trying to figure out what electrical issues we had after a lightning strike damaged our sprinkler system and traveled into the garage and got them fixed in no time.
It was an emergency -- garage door broken, car stuck inside, and it was on a Saturday!! Mike McDonald came to our rescue, fixed everything, door opens & closes just fine now. He was a great rep for the company too, very personable & efficient. I appreciated the quick response to my emergency.
