We had a 7 thousand dollar fence installed on our property. Everything went fine until the fence started falling apart, and fading. We were never told we had to seal the fence for our insurance to work with us. Also, we had to have some of our contractors replace parts of the fence that were falling off. Because of course there is nothing the company can do. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I called service for gara door. The service man gave me a price 185.30 just changing the spring only without any services and i did ok with this price and sign in his tablet. After the job was done i signed a check for the technician with the price 180.30 and he was gone. Three weeks later the company sent a bill to me with 239.95$. I called and called and at last she did ok to clear the bill. Today i have received a bill again with 54.65$. I have called and of course the same thing, get phone # and wait.
Not one to leave bad reviews but had scheduling mix up this morning. Spoke with very rude and condescending customer service rep. Super disappointed.

Our hot water tank ruptured and flooded our basement late in the evening. Frank was out here by 8:30 a.m. and was extremely professional! He replaced the tank, set up a water removal company to give us an estimate, walked us through how the tank worked and set up an inspection for a few days to check the tank. You all were amazing! Thanks Frank! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
