I had Reddi out 3 days to repair my non-working furnace. I noticed today that my house is 10 degrees cooler than the thermostat is set for and furnace will not come on. Reddi refused to send someone out to fix my furnace. I have disputed the charge with my credit company for not furnishing the service I paid for. Now I have to call someone else and take time away from work to get my furnace actually fixed. I have an exotic bird which could freeze to death if I do not keep my home warm enough!
I have used this service 4 times with mixed reviews. The sewer side of the business was a good experience. They addressed the issue with roots in my line in a timely manner. The HVAC side was not so great. The response time was less than timely, the cost was pretty extreme to replace a capacitor ($350.00), and the technician left the shield for the electric components on the ground after he finished work. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to my dead father
Our floor drain backed up when we turned the air conditioner on. I called Reddi on a Monday morning and it was fixed before 11:00 that same morning. The technician was very friendly and honest with me. I will definately call Reddi next time I need a plumber. Great customer service!
I cannot thank David and Randy enough! We had no electricity at all and they came out quickly and did the work for under the estimate. They went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I will absolutely recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you for your prompt and amazing service!
We were using another individual to clean out our washer drain line,but we found out that he had recently retired,so I called Reddi. David,your technician,was very professional and did an excellent job. He was very prompt and courteous. we will surely call your company fro any other plumbing problems we have in the future.

Highly recommend Reddi. Jeremy was outstanding; professional, courteous & went above & beyond to fix my cracked sewer line promptly. David came after to clear sewer line; another outstanding employee. I will definitely use them again. Everyone there is friendly and great to work with.
