Have used Reddi for two large fencing projects and love their work! They are very easy to work with and stand behind their products and craftsmanship wonderfully! Even had a little "hiccup" on one project and they were very quick to make it right! I highly recommend them.
I was looking for a plumber to come on a Saturday afternoon. We had a tub that wouldn't drain and tried everything we could think of. They were amazing. Said someone could be here between 5 and 7. The plumber even called and was on his way before 5. Amazing job and very reasonably priced.
Great service and did it in a timely manner answered any question i had and good pricing did what ever it took to get the pipes unclogged without complaing was happy to help definitely will be calling again, my service person was Chris Thompson
Great company and have used them on several occasions. Very friendly, courteous employees that do a great job.
Their people were mowing the yard across the street at 6:20 in the morning ! I understand they are probably behind due to the rain but it is completely disrespectful to be doing that in a residential neighborhood that early. Not everyone works first shift.
Great professional service! I had called Ben Franklin out and they acted like they did not want nor could they accomplish the business if they tried. Frustrated I paid the trip charge and sent them packing. Soon Devin from Reddi Rooter was there and accomplished what BF could not in under an hour and at half the estimate from BF. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. They walk you through everything. The receptionist's are kind and schedule things around me. I will use no other company. Also want to say technicians Cole and Jason are amazing! They have amazing customers service skills! They told me the job would take about 5 hours but the were done in about 3 hours. Not only did the do their jobs but they fixed a few small things around my unit and it looks amazing! I'm a very happy and satisfied customer!
Called with a sewer backup in the house. Had a tech out within an hour and a half. Westin was courteous and knowledgeable and explained what possible causes were that he was going to check. Once the problem was identified I got a quote that was exactly what I was charged. I felt the charge was reasonable. Would call again.
