I love Red Robin but this location... not so much. They completely missed a dish, 2 other orders wrong. 3 servers took our orders and nothing. Red tickets and all. The front end manager was good though. We enjoyed the apps and drinks and the manager was nice enough to comp us the mistakes. Probably won't go back here as there are others nearby... But that manager who assisted us deserves a raise. He is all about customer service.
Crappy service! Took forever to get drinks. Took a half our or more to get another round of fries! Not good service.
This was the first time I've ever disliked going to Red Robin. My wife and two kids and I went to the Red Robin at Tanasbourne at 11 o'clock right when they opened and when we were shown our table the table was dirty and there were crumbs on the benches I requested another booth and when we arrived to another booth there was litter on the floor underneath it. Medium-sized group for kid's birthday party. Excellent food, as always. Some folks took a little while to get their food. About half the table got served first, and the rest came like 3-5 mins later. Of course, in the chaos, a few folks were missing dipping sauce or what have you. But it all eventually got sorted. Burgers them selves dry. Onion rings overdone. Service was great. Accident happen where waitress spilled glasses of water on me. Manager right away offered free coupons for future for free appetizer
