Went to Red Robin yesterday and ordered the grilled chicken with a lettuce bun. It was awesome!! I'm trying to cut out the carbs, so it was nice to have options. I also substituted the fries for steamed broccoli. There are plenty of choices for low carb and I look forward to trying more!!
Server was extremely slow. Server forgot items ordered. Had to ask for refills and for a high chair two times. Never going back to this location again.
Becoming to complacent, To Corprate. Worried about getting people in and out as fast as possible. I think the food's went down hill in the last 5 to 10 years, My burger came out with my 8 bottomless fries and I thought to myself what am i 5 yrs old. So I had to tell them right away I wanted more fries. But it's just okay I think you can get a better Burger in a bar
Charged me extra for drinks I didn't even have otherwise service was great
One thing really got to me was the lack of fries on my initial plate when I ordered. Less food on my plate than the child next to me with the child portion of pizza, and I ordered a burger and fries. Like 7 fries on my plate. Though delicious, that held me back from giving the 5th star....
The whole quality has just gone downhill in the last year. We used to frequent there more often, but since the quality of food has gone down, we rarely visit.
I think it was inappropriate to be handed a computer � and asked to dust my gratuity amount for a take out order. The intimacy level of my service literally consisted of "hello your order is almost ready, please adjust your tip amount thanks. "
