Great good but really loud the day we went in. More kids than grown ups it seemed
After we ruled out Red Robin for a few months due to continued poor service from the tv hwy location, we went to this location and wow what a difference!!! Great service and food thank you!!!

Fries were cold and hard, burger wasn't made right :( I love the Red Robin in my town but this one not so good
Great service, and everything we ordered was perfect
We were a party of 7. They got the orders wrong, my food was cold and was doubled charged for drinks we did not order. Booooo
This use to be my favorite Red Robin , the place is filthy and the bartender broke a glass and didn't clear all the glasses off the shelf to make sure all the shards were cleaned up she also seemed to prioritize her cell phone over her customers! Absolutely the worst service I've received. Management needs to clean this place top to bottom will not be back till I hear about improvements My time of visit was on 9/16/2016 at around 5pm
Don't Assume that I would be OK with my Ajus being spilled all over my plate and making everything Soggy. When you don't even ask me if I'm okay that is not a good way to take care of a customer. And when someone asks you for better Fries because they are all bad don't give a nasty look to them. Just because I wasn't one of the construction dudes in the place doesn't mean that I don't deserve customer service also!!!!!! I am a good tipper.... but not today for you.
