I haven't visited this location since they revamped it to the sports bar theme. Sad to say, what was once a favorite restaurant of mine has now fallen to the bottom of the list and I doubt we will be back. Our waitress was the absolute worst part of the visit, but the menu changes and pricing also factored in to my decision. I will give kudos to the manager for comping half our bill, but the entire atmosphere has changed and I won't be spending my money there any longer, even if the wait staff was perfect.
So my wife decided to have a blood orange margarita with her burger today and she kept telling me the strawberries seeds were super crunchy, finally she decided to show me and it was actually broken glass. We are now at the ER, we we promised a calllback from the manager since they weren't available. Still haven't received any callback.
This has always been a real treat to come to this Red Robin. Thank you all who work her for your Outstanding Service and Excellent Food, you guys ROCK
Ordered a bowl of soup to go for dinner tonight. It was very good EXCEPT the bowl I received was only half full! Very disappointed about paying over $5.00 for a bowl of soup and only receiving a cup worth. :o(
