We had to ask for another glass of water because liquid was cloudy and tasted like watery lemonade (forgivable), but then we had to ask for new silverware because the knife that was brought to us was greasy and dirty. Not too impressed.
They allowed 40-50 teenagers to run ramped, and expect others to just sit and deal with it. And my chicken burger was raw. Worst experience ever eating out.
I had eaten at a Red Robin in Smyrna TN a couple years ago And did not like it.. So I thought Since I am in a NEW area I would give Red Robin another chance plus my boyfriend from California had never been to Red Robin..We both LOVED IT. .Awesome juicy burgers and Fresh HOT Fries.. We will be back and now since we live in Vancouver,WA we could walk to our now Favorite Hamburger Place..
Useless bunch. For the THIRD time out of 3 different sites, they had to comp. the meal because of their truly awful service and lack of attention to what the customer asked for...
There regular burgers and other sandwiches are good. However, since they remodeled, the noise level has gone up. It's enough to make it hard to talk and enjoy dinner.

Those dumb tablets! They are for ordering appetizers and enticing your kids to play video games so that they can charge you extra! There's no warning, like "Are you SURE you want to pay for games?!?" Furthermore, it removes the waitstaff from the equation. They are already underpaid! Now, with less facetime they'll be losing out on tips from cranky customers like me. In an age where face-to-face social interactions are dwindling, putting a tablet on the table at the restaurant is the WORST IDEA EVER!!!!

Very disappointed. My roommate and I visited for my free birthday burger. I tried to order some fries while we were still trying to decide like I always do and was told they don't do that anymore unless I wanted to spend $1.99. I can understand they want to make sure you are ordering a burger but once you order you should be able to an order of fries since they are supposed to be "bottomless" without having to pay extra.
