Unfortunately this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Some people in our group got their dinner then the other half waited 20-25 minutes for their food to come. We had to ask for refills on all the drinks, I never got the refill on my water, food orders came out wrong with items not taken off (such as no cheese) or items missing (like bacon). Half of my meat on my hamburger was burnt, and the patty seemed thinner. The first half was good, until I started tasting burnt meat.
Worst location I've ever been to. If you want a bad attitude, shitty service and a disorganized environment. Well this is the place for you. Management get off your ass and make sure your employees are able to do their minimum wage job.

Sad. I called at 4:09 to order 2 freckled lemonades and an artichoke dip to go. They quoted 13 minutes. It's been over 30.. next time go elsewhere, they obviously don't care enough to notify you if they're too busy.
From the appetizers to our dessert, everything was well prepared and satisfying. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and helpful since we had people arriving at varied times.Our visit made my wife and my 49th anniversary dinner a wonderful experience.
I've stopped here on 3 occasions now and the food and service have always been outstanding.
