Yesterday my. 15 year old grandson and had a late lunch. As we are always happy eating here. HOWEVER THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WE ORDRED ICE TEA AND A SPRITE....THE SODA MACHINE APPARENTLY NOT WORKING...IT WAS PLAIN CARBONATED WATER. THEN MY ORDER CAME FIRST. A BOWL OF ONION SOUP AND A SIDE CEASAR SALAD. FIRST THE ONION SOUP HAD BEEN SOAKED UP BY ALLTHE BREAD , NO SOUP. THE SALAD WAS SWIMMING IN SO MUCH DRESSING I COULD EAT IT. AND NO CROUTONS. When my burger came out the bun was destroyed and puzzled back together the taste was gross the server never checked on us once we got the food. Red robin has gone way down hill in quality and service.
RecommendedChicken is bomb price is good but when you have no teeth yet to eat chicken it takes a long time to eat your meal. Lol
Went there to celebrate my birthday. The food was pretty good as well as the drinks we ordered. The service on the other hand was terrible & slow! Plus they weren't even busy! The waiter was nice, but messed up on our bill & charged my dad for my free birthday burger, which he found out once he got home.
Red Robin is always busy, cuz it has good food. I love their burgers. My go to is the Blue Burger, but I try to change it up once and awhile.
