If you cannot get the order right through grubhub, then you need to leave the service. I have ordered a few times with you through grubhub and my order has always been wrong or something has been left out. And now you have disabled the review section of your grubhub site. Horrible service RR and I have tried to give you a chance.

I get the lettuce wrap...always good. Disappointed in the service the last 2 visits. Had to ask for silverware, my ranch dressing and the fries were barely warm. Last time I went on Wed, kids day. Waiter didn't give me the special discount. I had to ask for it. Food is good though.
Good burgers and good service. Me and my son go all the time. We've never had a bad experience with Red Robin.
We had a great time it was my birthday so I got a free burger Our waitress Brandy was courteous and efficient and I would ask for her again when we visit red Robin. Thank you again for the free burger will see you soon
