So service starts amazing! I got carded while ordering drinks then the wait to order. Our waitress took our order and informed us she was leaving and someone else is taking over. I’m pretty sure our food was waiting a long time under the heat lamp. So I didn’t get xtra crispy fries. The fries I got were barely cooked and anemic.it took forever to get waters and drink refills.
Well we ordered our drinks and appetizers, then 10 mins later ordered our main meal. Our main meal arrives and 2 min later our appetizer arrives. Told the girl this should have came out before our main meal, so just take it away. I was told the boneless wings take 9 mins to cook and the burgers take 5mins, hence or appetizer came out after dinner. Had to tell her again, to take it away as we didn’t want it now. Manager came out later and apologized for this. Burgers and drinks we good though.
Today I want to give a shout out to our server Jason, and the managers on duty. Jason was super friendly despite dealing with an overly difficult table. Despite the way he was treated Jason kept his cool and never let what was going on affect how he handled the other tables in his section. We had a great Birthday dinner are waitress was great
Our host took the name of the family behind my daughter and before ours. Then a mom and her son walked in the door, asked how long the wait was and the host seated them right away. Pretty upset with the seating plans. Bottomless fries took awhile for just the first round.
