i love red robin, even now that i dont eat those wonderful fries - i get a side salad now and its bottomless as well lol
First of all let me say that I am definitely not one to review nor am I one to complain but this has definitely caused some frustration. For the last 10 years I have always thrown a Christmas party for my employees. This year we chose to go to Red Robin near Hillsboro as we typically go to the one near Mall 205 in pdx. Never been disappointed! 100# all the time! Always a good time!
I haven’t been to a Red Robin for a while. I needed to meet with my cousin, so we decided to have lunch there. Burgers were made to order and very good. They gave us extra fries while we were waiting and the waiter was nice and helpful. Overall a nice experience.
I love Red Robin normally but this location is probably the worst customer service. Super slow at cleaning tables to get people seated! And then our server kept forgetting things! He wouldn’t slow down long enough to listen to our requests. So unfortunately this is the closest one to me so I won’t be returning unless it’s at another location.
Worst service I have ever experienced. No drinks after being seated. Turned on call server light for over 20 minutes all the employees including my server walked by and ignored it.
