Very disappointed with the way service was tonight. Messed up my food then, when I️ asked for more “bottomless” fries I️ didn’t receive them. Lol.

This was the first time eating there since their remodel; the service was ok and then we get our bill. The first item on there was an entertainment fee. What entertainment did I get?? None. Why do I have to pay a fee to eat at the restaurant? We will never eat there again.

I ordered a BLTA sandwich which is supposed to come with avocados and it came out without them. When I asked if I could get some avocados for my sandwich they said that the kitchen was out of them would have been nice to know that when I ordered it. Our server was also crying the entire time we were there which made us feel a little uncomfortable. I do hope she is ok, but maybe next time ask if you can step off the floor for a bit?

45 min after our order in (at 5:20) food out until 6:15. Cold fries, cold chicken. Waitress asked how food was when she came with bill. Comp at 21%.

We were told a ten minute wait, waited over a half hour, asked once and host said the manager told them they could not seat anyone until they were told. We were first in line entire time as lobby filled up and when we were finally taken into the dining room there were a dozen empty tables. Food was fine but the service was terrible. My wife and daughter took the baby to the truck and I still had to ask for my check, and wait for him to putter around before he took care of me. Wish I could give it zero also. We were seated at a table that was in a small space and next to a large group that had finished eating. We could barely sit comfortably. After waiting several minutes and watch tables who were seated after us get drinks and have orders taken we left. No one even acknowledged us after we were seated until we left. We went somewhere and had excellent service.
