Our meal itself was very good, unfortunately our service, was anything but good. Being my first time at a Red Robin, I was very disappointed with the lack of service we received.
Interesting visit. Our waitress was very inexperienced, but was very talented at chomping her gum loudly. Our drinks were served to the table, to the wrong people. The burgers came loaded, when asked to be plain. The burgers were scraped off to make them plain, leaving behind mayo, and re-served. We waited 20 minutes to tell our waitress we were double billed! I will not be going back to Red Robin anytime soon.
I love RR....hubby had never been to a RR so we went for supper Friday night. Courtney was our server and she was very friendly and helpful, making sure we were well taken care of. We ordered fried mushrooms and a small onion tower. Both were amazing. The manager stopped at our table and noticed the scant amount of mushrooms, 4 or 5. He said he would get us more, on the house. Awesome service and great burger! Waitress checked in frequently to see if we needed anything else, best service I've had anywhere in a long time!
there burgers are way over priced and no flavor I won't go back

I was very disappointed in my waitress, she barley checked on me and my friend, we ordered appetizers and didn't get them till we got our meal... she was very rude and just didn't seem like she wanted to be at work... I usually have amazing experiences at Red Robin.... don't think I'll be back for awhile 😞
This was the first time I have been disappointed in my meal and service ! They did correct it !! But as far as the waitress she wouldn't stay long enough to get what we needed !!
