Horrible Service sat and waited over 25 minutes and no one came to take a drink order. Never again!
I guess I don’t need to leave a review of what my experience was here sounds like this place has a major problem and not sure why they are still open. I have had fresher hotter burgers at a gas station and I’m sure there is fresher crispier fries in Mc Donald’s dumpster and the price 2 adults 3 kids 69 dollars get a grip Red Robin your horrible!!!!!
Went to RR for the 1st time today. The Burgers were good, the service was good. The price of a burger should never be over 10.00 unless it is Filet Minion. Which I didn't see on the menu. For myself and my 2 daughters to eat it was 63 dollars and change. For 2 Burgers and chix strips. When I added the tip it was just under 70 dollars. This was not evening it was between 1 and 3 pm. I am pretty sure I will not be returning to RR again.
Great atmosphere. The service was great and the food was delicious.
The wait staff was able to get our vegan, gluten-free orders correct. The food was. . .anh.
we were seated and waited for ten minutes just for another server to say that our original server will be with us he is really busy..... tables were not full....very disappointed in the service. after 20 minutes we got up and walked out. wtg management u did a horrible job!!

they were not busy but seated at a terrible location. our fault should have asked for different table. ordered crispy chicken salad. no hard boiled eggs on it, no toast and they were out of honey mustard poppy seed dressing. waiter said he was sorry we didn't get what we ordered but didnt know what he could do about it. I know what I can do. not go back
It is awesome Red Robin has added an unlimited side salad instead of fries. Love it. Thank you.
