The first time eating at a RR and i ended up with a dried out bun and my sister had mold on hers. The assistant manger didn’t seem to care a whole lot. 😕

Good food good service and i could have burger without onions
We were seated for 15-20 minutes with 2 children. Not one person came by to greet or take orders. Place was nearly empty. So left.
We waited for Diet Coke and a shake. Took too long to get it. Waitress was mia for a while. 45 minutes later she said the kitchen lost/dropped our order and that it would be free. Took a while to get it. I could see the waitress fluffing her hair with both hands and then going to wait on customers. Over all it was terrible. Manager was apologetic but not helpful.
Fries were warm and hamburgers cold. Service was slow. The family that came in after us got their meal before we did even though our orders were first. Don’t think we will be going back. Plus for just the two of us it was $49.00. I’ve gotten better burgers and fries at A fast food and paid $20. Way to expensive for what my husband and I got.

I just had the most amazing experience. Jenny was so caring and helpful. I have a gluten allergy and she was so accommodating during my experience. I will continue to come back to this restaurant because of the caring staff and great food!
Red Robin catering didn’t disappoint! Thank you, thank you, my teachers at whiting community school were impressed!
