Normally Red Robin is a sure bet, not tonight. We had some very skimpy portions. I've never experienced a Red Robin like this. It might explain why they weren't very busy on a Saturday night and others around were. I wouldn't recommend this Red Robin.

RecommendedI normally recommend Red Robin to all my friends, never had a bad meal until tonight. Picked up fish and onion rings to go, for home and the rings were dark brown almost black, fish tasted like oil hasn’t been changed in a long time. Disappointed, hopefully a one time experience.
The wait staff very slow but they were busy. We were never given the option of refills on drinks. I think the waitress let us sit for an hour or more. You cannot go there for a quick lunch by any means.
Stormy was our waitress she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.I was very impressed with her customer service and refilling our drinks and endless fries..Big thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
We came in tonight what just waited and waited! They kept saying it was busy but there may have been 10 tables! No one in the bar room and 2 tables in the back! I ordered a alcoholic beverage and it never showed up I had to go get it myself from the bar! Then was told they didn’t have it🤦🏻♀️ so had to settle with something else! We gave so many chances to make it better but never again will we come in!
Took the grandkids - not a child stressful environment. Will return.

Food was good-where we sat we could see the servers waiting for food to be cooked-one chewed his nails—another had a long pony tail and while it was pulled back I saw her twice play with her hair before grabbing food to take out - neither of them washed their hands. McKayla was an awesome server - highly recommend her. Oh and the table wouldn’t move so one side hardly has any room and the other has way too much room
