Horrible place of business and will never eat here again! Something needs be done with these stupid tablets and surveys..... and especially how employees are treated by management �

My server was amazing, she was very accommodating, accurate, & attentive. I was however, VERY disappointed in how I was pressured into using the tablet at the table to pay. I use cash only for such expenses, & felt overwhelmed by being asked to pay via any other way. Multiple times.
Stop pressuring your customers into using the table tablets and your reviews would much better! My servers are always amazing, and are always apologetic when they have to push me to use them. I use cash when I go out to dinner, and shouldn't be made to feel feel embarrassed for not wanting to use my card! �
Used to love it. Will never go again. HATE the tablets at the table and being forced to use them!
I used to enjoy Red Robin but I stopped going when I found out my favorite server was forced to leave because her customers weren't using those dumb tablet things at the tables. Now I refuse to go to this restaurant.
