The kiosk at my table will need to be looked at more carefully. I order, I pay, they deliver to my table and it asks me about the tip. I left one this time but if I have to make any effort and tip on top of that why would I not go somewhere else.
Great food!! Great Service!! My son absolutely enjoyed his birthday meal and desert!
Took over an hour to get our meal, in the meantime we had ordered Onion rings and the waitress brought us fries as we waited for our meal. By the time the meal came i was already full. First time i went on a Saturday evening and will not be going again on a Saturday.
We waited 15 minutes for a table. When we were seated we waited for a server even pushed the call button on the tablets. 10 minutes later no server came and a table that was just seated was being waited on. I so pissed off we walked out. Service is the worst in the city.
Always something new to try, and my boys love the onion rings :) p.s. the salted caramel shake was delicious :)
The service was slow placed our order and asked if I could get a order of frys to eat while I waited for our meal that didn't happen the waitress took our order and didn't come back to our table until I was finished with my meal. My wife asked for no pink I said some mine was wellllll done and hers was pink we told the waitress to take it off and get the bill she wanted to make a new one really! I was already done eating. FYI there's plenty of other places to get a burger in Sioux City with a lot better service your loss not... read more
