Great food and excellent service nice clean place to eat
We haven't been to Red Robin in a long time & was plesantly surprised at the new menu! We all loved our food, our waitress was great, manager came to check in & in all was a great experience! A meal our family enjoyed! I had the Gauc/bacon burger it was great! Will be back again soon!
Service was the worst. First the order was "To Go" and they brought it out on plate with little amount of fries and when the bartender said it was "to go" server replied "well it didn't say on ticket" in a snotty voice, she then went back and boxed it up and when she brought it back she slammed it down in front of me and walked away. No "Thank you" , "Sorry about that" , "Go to hell" anything, so I opened box to make sure it was my order and that my order. The amount of fries I could count on two hands by the way.
Restroom was in need of cleaning, paper towels all over the floor, bathroom stalls in need of attention! Food was okay, server just okay. McKayla is beautiful server
