We went there last night and it was a bit full but not crazy busy our server was rude she spilled water and soda on my back didn't even bother to apologize. Half of our orders came out then 20 minutes later the other half was out cold! We had no silverware I had to clean my table off myself! I get it I'm a server if your busy it gets crazy but its the servers job to at least speak to the table and apologize Or do something not just ignore us. Will never go there again!
People next to us came in after we did ordered and got their food before we even got to order
We used to love this place, it had been many months since we went after being treated badly by a hostess when simply asking if we could sit near a window. Yesterday we went and I got my favorite sandwich and found all dark brown avocado on it, I mean it was really really brown, I nicely asked server to see if they had any green less brown avocado in back and she brought me some and then informed me that even though my avocado was dark brown it still tasted yummy..then I saw the female cook giving me a dirty look. Was the only people in the restaurant tonight. Ordered food and told the waitress that I was on a time crunch and she said it would be no problem. Waited for an hour and my food still hadn't come, but everyone else had food. Just not the guy on a time crunch. Had to ask for the food to go and heard from the kitchen that my burger still wasn't done and was to rate to serve. My family of 5 just left after sitting there for 10 minutes at our table with zero acknowledgement no one came to get drinks nothing. Finally the family that was seated next to us that was seated 6-7 minutes after use was served hmmmmmm I think training needs to be done in Customer service you were not busy at all there were well over 20 empty tables so no excuse!
Worse service ever. Waited over an hour for our food. Had to wait forever to get a fork just to eat a salad. They ran out and forgot drinks. Won't be going back again. Their black listed.
