Emory was an EXCELLENT repair expert. He explained about these 3 yellow-labeled circuits that I had never heard of and how sensitive they were to different electrical issues like power surges. I really enjoyed chatting with him during his service visit.
On a Sunday no less, a service tech came out and fixed our AC during some of the hottest weather we've had ever in NC. He arrived early, explained the problem thoroughly, and repaired it efficiently & expertly. I've already asked specifically for him to return to give a second opinion on another issue because he was so forthright about our AC units. Thank you RRE for your highly skilled and thoroughly professional and friendly crew of technicians!

Once again Don C. From Rapid Repair did a fantastic job in locating the problem in our a/c system and found out the new thermostat was not working correctly.
