Rapid Repair Experts lives up to its name. I called them late yesterday afternoon and today at 8:30 my issue has been resolved! Evan was on time, polite, professional, and offered much appreciated advice. He was able to bust through a sewer line clog and diagnose the problem I have with tree roots. He offered several solutions for a permanent fix and made sure that all my questions were answered before leaving. I was a little worried about a plan that requires me to make monthly payments. But the experts that come to your house are fast, friendly and seem to care about you family!!
Our hot water tank quit working after another company supposedly fixed it. Called Rapid Repair at 8:00 am and Conner was out buy 11:30 am. Very nice young man and an excellent plumber. He removed our old unit, installed the new one( in a different location as my wife requested) and was out by 3:00! He was very curteous and didn't mind us watching him work. Would recommend him to anyone.
