The tech was my neighbor. Ray went above and beyond to get me heat. He also updated me with furture problems with pictures and suggestions-quite helpful. Ray's company also does electrical and plumbing and he alerted me to potential problems in that area too. Great job Ray.

The moment he arrived his first question was, "did they cut a gas line?" He knew immediately what had happened and helped to calm me. He called the office as asked could he waive the dispatch fee knowing there was nothing wrong with my unit. I will definitely call again if i need heater services. I appreciate honesty mostly.

Note: The post below is for July 30, 2018. New review would not post on correct date and saved over 2017 review. I want to thank Rapid Repair for Raymond. My air conditioner wasn't cooling late Friday. I put in an emergency call and Raymond was able to come early Saturday afternoon. He discovered the blower motor was dead. Monday would be earliest to see if part was available. In the meantime he called the office to see if a portable ac unit was available. Yea! A unit was, he picked it up, then returned & set it up.
