Very professional service. Rapid Repair came out after another company could not fix our AC system. The previous company tried to sell us a $5K repair and left us with the unit still not working. Ted from Rapid Repair came out and got our home cooling again for under $400. I would highly recommend Rapid Repair. I will use them again in the future especially when we replace our AC unit. I know I will get a fair price
Don came today to help out with an issue we've been having for over the past couple of months (HVAC just isn't keeping up at peak hours). He was courteous, on-time, honest and knowledgeable. We hope that this visit will fix the ongoing issue with our newer unit but all-in-all, really appreciated Don's visit. 5-star rating to Don; waiting to bump up overall rating until the unit is cooling like it should.
Ted was Great. Came over and fixed the AC and was very quick.
Abel and Waylon were extremely professional and fast and were able to resolve a difficult problem efficiently. They were also very friendly and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. We need to have some GFCs installed and I will definitely schedule them for the job. It's hard to tell what you're going to get when you call people based upon limited information, but we made the right choice and I look forward to seeing them again.
I highly recommend Rapid Repair Experts. Jacques was both highly knowledgeable and polite through out the service call. My husband and I were very impressed by Jacques knowledge and patience in answering and explaining to us any questions that we had about our A/C. I was very impressed with the honesty and friendliness of Bill and everyone I had contact with. They all treated me with respect and explained everything to me. They presented all options that were available to me and the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I decided to buy a new system. They had it installed the very next day! They installers even cleaned up before they left. I love them. I have made new friends and am looking forward to a very long friendship.
