William (Willy) was the lead service mechanic. He was awesome. Robert was with him and just as nice. This company and these two guys was unbelievable. Had a problem and they were out in just a couple of hours. Most others say tomorrow or sometime this week. They showed up and were very nice. Took a look at the problem and explained what needed to be done. It was almost 5pm and they still were able to locate a water heater for us and get it installed that night. NO extra charge!!!!! After contacting several plumbers. One never showed up. The next one never called back after calling them for several days, and then the 3rd giving me a ridiculous price, Troy came out, did the work lickity split. Was professional and did not talk to the tenant, but only to me and was less than half the cost! Even when speaking with the company when I called, I felt like it was a family business. Rebecca made me feel like good service is not dead after all! I hope other businesses take heart!
This is the best company Ive ever used for a repair. I called on a Sunday because I accidentally drilled a hole into a water pipe hanging something up for my wife. I first called Michael and Sons because they were the only folks I could think of for an emergency, but they took way too long to call back. I then contacted Rapid Repair through a Google search and Willie called me back within about 5 minutes.
