Mark L. was my service provider. Firs, if anyone's heat has ever broken down in the winter, you know how stressful it can be. Mark was absolutely amazing. I love when I can call a company, and the worker is personable and you can tell he loves his job. It shows in the quality of work that is provided. He also took the time out to answer my questions so I could understand what my options are. I will definitely be calling this company for all my HVAC needs.
Frankly, I could not be more pleased with their service. The repairman arrived as promised, evaluated our electrical problem, explained it to us, and carried out the repairs quickly. The cost was more than reasonable. In addition, during his examination of our wiring he discovered a serious plumbing problem of which we were unaware. He saved us a real mess. His company repared our plumbing problem that same evening.
Called Rapid Repair Thanksgiving morning. Eddie came over when he said he would. Fixed my garbage disposal ina matter of munute. Eddie was very nice, very knowledgeable. I will recommend RAPID REPAIR to m friends
Don is a very courteous and caring person. He explains things in great detail. I would now trust anyone else to work on my electrical problems but him. I trust his work and I love his attitude. He is a very understanding repair service man. I highly recommend Don to all my friends and family.
My savior! We have a well and the pump quit during the weekend. Came out late on Friday night to check out the issue. William had to drive several places on a Saturday morning to find the parts needed to fix the pump. He found what was needed and had the water back on quickly. Very nice guy! Even my dogs fell in love him, and they are nervous around new people and are standoffish!
I had a heating/air system installed on Nov. 1, 2016. The team from Rapid Repair were outstanding, Jose A and Santos O did a great job installing the system and making sure everything met code. I would rate this team a ten and highly recommend them. In fact the entire team that was involve in my service throughout this process has been great. I commend Rapid Repair Experts to you.. James L. The repair man was prompt, found the problem with the furnace fast and fixed it all within 10 minutes. He also was polite and courteous.
