I'm very disappointed in this company, I worked there for a year and seen the company decline in workmanship and office staff not being properly trained..The company is pretty much another Ars now..all the office personal is from Ars.. And now That I'm longer working there, They will not pay me for the money they owe from Nov to mid summer for the drive time...I feel used by them getting them customer and getting good reviews for them but they won't pay me the money they owe me..
My tech was nice and honest. He took care of my problem and didn’t charge me for a simple fix.
They did a great job with our plumbing needs. Came out quickly, were friendly, gave me a coupon, and did the job in a shorter estimated time than other plumbers that I called. Could not have been more happy with Dom and the company. Friendly, fast, decent price and professional. Five Stars!
Mark came over on time, did the work quickly and then took the time to show us photos of what he had done. Excellent work. Thank you.
Chris worked late to get my hot water heater working. He was very polite and I really appreciate his hard work!!!

I had my water heater replaced by Rapid Repair Experts! The plumber that came out was amazing, professional and courteous! As I was talking to him. I learn more about the company and what they are all about. I was so impressed with the company and what they stood for. I quit my job with other big company and started working for them then immediately! It was the best decision of my career!
Rapid Repair have always come out to us promptly when we have had last minute problems with our units. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable! I 100% would recommend them to anyone.
