Very responsive and efficient. Needed minor electrical work and they responded quickly with extremely honest and fair pricing. Waylon was our tech and he clearly was extremely proficient and skilled at his trade. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to contact this firm for any of their advertised services.
I bought our first home a year ago. I want to protect my investment so I decided to have our HVAC system inspected. I have not had any issues and want it to stay that way. David was punctual. I was very happy with the overall experience with Rapid Repair Experts. David M. called me to let me know he was on the way. He replaced a kitchen light fixture for me. The job was finished quickly without any problems.
Recently, on a visit to my house, Tonja noticed a gurgling noise from our pipes. I called her at work the following day to set up an appointment. She recommended Chris C. He kept me informed of his time of arrival, (which is key because I work in the neighborhood, but am not always home), he showed up when he said he would and was able to diagnose the sound and give me inexpensive options! I started my plumbing adventure with a very nice women who answered the phone Tonja She went over everything clearly with a chipper attitude about her day, when my plumber Chris came out he was very knowledgeable and fast in fixing my issues then when I called back I talked to Lincoln he was very nice and made sure all my needs were taken care of
Don C came by to service a new dual fuel heat pump/gas pack. He did a great job and was very informative on the operation of the unit in this cold weather. 5-star!
Although the repairs couldn’t be done today, the service was still excellent with good follow-up for another differently skilled technician. And there was no charge for today’s service call because he couldn’t fix our problem. (Gremlins?)
