RecommendedTech Chris arrived and we discussed problem of water leakage. He went under crawl space to check it out. We both agreed that leakage was in front yard under ground. He accessed issue and told me what was needed to stop leakage. Chris was very informative, cordial and just really pleasant to work with. Have used Rapid Repairs before when needed. The representative from Rapid Repair Experts was Steve Base. He was timely, professional and informative. My problem was that of an electrical nature. He surveyed the problem and made recommendations that eliminated the problem. This is the third time I have contacted Rapid Repair for both electrical and plumming needs. Kenny made a careful analysis of the problems we reported, clogged sewer line, twice. Through conversation and running the video camera, Kenny knew that the sewer lined had "bellied". Material had been piling up causing the toilets to begin to overflow. We decided to replace the whole line rather than just try and repair the existing 27 year old line. Rapid Repair came out to provide me an estimate on a Tankless WaterHeater and/or replacing my Hot Water Heater with a larger capacity. I chose the Hot Water Heater and the team of Sarah and Michael came out and did an excellent job start to finish (2 hours). I would recommend them to anyone. (The job was performed in my crawl space FYI)
