I am a subscriber to their gold membership maintenance plan which covers 3 areas, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. As a customer-oriented business, I should not have to constantly remind them of pending maintenance services needed, yet I have to take time from my work schedule to coordinate with them for services. They need to put me on a rotational schedule per the plan and I can put it on my calendar! I have not had a single service in approx. 18 months now (I realize COVID was around). I apologize for the inconvenience and communication issues concerning the maintenance program. We have not been out to the gentlemans home for maintenance since March 2020 and our last visit was for plumbing in Sept 2020. We are still under strict Covid protocols since we enter multiple homes during the day. We are available for all service needs to restore water and HVAC to people's homes. However during this time of Covid, the majority of our customers have requested that we do not enter their home unless it was absolutely... read more

Mr. ****** had not utilized our services before and came to us through ************ offering. our records show that we had scheduled an appointment on 4/1/21 between the hours of 3 pm and 5 pm We utilize a 2-hour window since it is difficult to determine the exact time flow of projects during the day. RecommendedTech Chris arrived and we discussed problem of water leakage. He went under crawl space to check it out. We both agreed that leakage was in front yard under ground. He accessed issue and told me what was needed to stop leakage. Chris was very informative, cordial and just really pleasant to work with. Have used Rapid Repairs before when needed.
