Rapid repair tore up our yard to put in a new water pipe. It has been More than three weeks and our yard still looks like a crime scene and has a dangerous gaping trench from one end to the other! We have called and called and are promised every time they will be here to fill it in again and again! But no one ever comes!

He patiently listened to me and understood that my new HVAC was sounding like a small jet in my condo because it had been installed set to high. He explained why medium-low would be the best solution for me and reset it accordingly. He gave me time to experiment with the TV settings to see if I could hear the TV when the HVAC came on. They sent out a plumber that broke our brand new sink and have still now replaced what their employee broke ,they do not stand behind their work, they just make excuses for poor workmanship.
