Bait and switch tactics. Listing parts on site SOLD AS A PAIR, but only shipping one. Even manufacture lists Sold as a pair. After a week of dealing with "customer service" they now they want me to ship back or pay up for the matching piece. Avoid these crooks.
Thought I would give this company another shot, after receiving the incorrect Kartboy short throw kit for my WRX a few years ago. Bought another WRX and dropped a few grand on parts at one time, and received the wrong turbo inlet (not the pictured unit that was correct for my car, but rather one for an older, EJ205 engine). RecommendedI had an issue with a damaged part and UPS. I’m not gonna get into the issues I had with UPS but Josh C. at rallysport was incredibly helpful with the whole process. He took the time to take over scheduling the pick up with UPS and making sure I got my money back. Sometimes individual effort doesn’t go recognized in a large company I wanted to make sure he got his recognition. Thank you Josh C. for all your help!
Best place to buy parts hands down
Had to contact customer service twice, one for a refund on an item I ordered (wrong size), and one to check on an order that was taking too long to ship out. Both times the representative was extremely helpful, kind, and willing to help me out with my issues. Both times I was assisted and made happy. Thank you Ed and Michael!
Great company to deal with but they dont post the bad product reviews of parts only good ones.
Ordered part 4 days ago that was "in stock! ships the same day" according to their website and opted to pay for two day shipping to get it in this week for my tuning day. But I still haven't received my part or a notification saying it was shipped. When I just called they said they just shipped it but did not send the notification and apparently the part was on back-order... if that was the case why does the site say it was in stock? Called customer service and asked one of the employees if a part would fit my 2019 Subaru wrx. The employee confirmed with me that the part would fit my car and that the picture on the website was a stock image and the bolt pattern in real life did not really look like that. So I made the purchase and go figure, the part came in and didn’t fit my vehicle.
