First time buyer here and WOW am I impressed. Pricing was very competitive for a product not too many online retailers seem to have in stock. And the shipping was crazy fast. I ordered a seibon spoiler from rally sport direct. The spoiler shipped really fast. On the website it said the spoiler was a direct fit, and ready to install. Didn't come close to fitting correctly. I called rally sport to ask to return the spoiler. They sent me a RMA number a couple day later. I sent the spoiler back at my expense. A week goes by after the spoiler made it back to them, and I still didn't have a refund. I called, and emailed them about what is the status on my refund. Megan from customer service hella saved the day, I bought an exhaust thinking it was in stock and she managed to find me a better exhaust for a good deal. 2 day shipping! My car won’t sound like pancakes anymore. thank you !
First off Megan had beyond the best customer service that I have ever had hands down. Extremely helpful that without me even asking she researched triple S upgraded springs for ISC N1 Street sport coilovers because they weren’t listed on RSD for my car. She got everything figured out for me with what I wanted for my 02 WRX. Thank you again Megan I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase!
