Customer service is terrible. Young kid hung up on me while explaining my issue. My unopened package was not returnable for store credit because it was a little past the “policy window”. Even though my car was totaled by a drunk driver and I bought a different model so the part would not fit. This company cost itself $1,000’s in part purchase by being heartless. Other reviews apparently feel the same way
Good folks to buy from. Great prices and easy return policy.
They sent me floor mats that were supposed to fit my car and they do not. One day later, they say they will not allow a return because I opened them. I had to open them to realize they don't fit. They mis-advertised a product and then won't take it back. That's pretty crooked behavior. Where's your sense of common decency, guys? Why not just be honest humans and do the right thing?
I have a 2006 wrx and always purchase parts here first. They’re always quick to deliver and I’ve never had an issue with an order yet! I’ll always do business with them in the future!
Ordered lugs from there site, opened them realized after they were the wrong thread pitch company wouldn’t swap or refund money. I mind you this is after choosing my car on there site which I thought was to help prevent mix up like these. While I will take some responsibility for not double checking I find this to be kinda disheartening that the company wouldn’t do anything about it. Also paid 12$ for 2nd air shipping only to find out they have a warehouse literally less then 8 miles like wtf.
Spent weeks looking all over the country for the single Advan RG3 I needed and they were the only ones with it in stock, was only $20 more to get it next day!
I do recommend it but I still haven’t got my tracking number I bought it last Thursday and got the one day delivery still haven’t seen nothing or got anything through the mail or my email so I can see the the delivery date
Terrible customer support. "Megan L" needs to be fired. Bad attitude and not professional at all. They were having an end of the summer sale on exhausts and it happened to cross with the 10 percent labor day sale. After placing the order and it processing, she tried telling me they couldn't ship the order because there was a glitch In the pricing which was false. I have spent thousands here but will no longer give them a dime.
