Rally sport direct has really good prices fast shipping but aside anything else best customer service I have ever dealt with on any platform. Have only heard good things about them until I tried them myself. Had an issue with a defective product I purchased from them and they gave me the run around and would not stand behind said product. Very disappointed in how I was treated and would not recommend.
Great Customer Service. The staff were able to answer my questions and was polite. I needed my part by the end of the week and the shipment was speedy i got it before expected.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There policy’s are fake, apparently they can’t guarantee that parts will fit your car, and customer service is crap. I wish I never spent my money here.
Bad customer service I don’t recommend
RSD is my go-to place for my WRX parts. I recently bought some wheels and had a lot of questions regarding fitment, and I have to say the RSD customer service team, specifically Megan and Cody, were awesome. They answered all my questions quickly and satisfactorily. They were knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. I would definitely recommend buying from RSD and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
