Ordered a seat on November 12th. it is now February 8th and on the website that very seat says "In stock, Ships today!" yet my order from November still hasn't shipped. Good luck getting them to respond to you, either.
0/10 would not recommend. Ordered stuff back in November and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted customer service a couple times and each time they say it’s in stock and should ship soon. It never does though 🤷🏻♀️ Ordered what I needed from another company today; it’s already shipped and will be here Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

My part was ordered 3 months ago. When I tried to contact RallySport 2 months ago they told me the part was out of stock and it would be shipped early December. Since then my messages have been not only ignored, but they left me on read. Really shocked I didn’t think the customer service would be so weak. I wouldn’t buy things from this company if your build is time sensitive. I continue to leave messages asking if they know when I will receive my shipment but nobody will answer. Stop selling items that you know are backorder like you have it in stock and make your customers waiting 5 months for parts that the ordered
Very bad customer service these day indeed. I don’t know what is wrong with US nationals but customer services provided by them nowadays usually sucks. Both rallysportdirect and maperformance suck. Way worse than a few years back.
