This is the absolute worst customer service I've had to deal with. First, I order a Sparco Pro2000, wait 2 weeks and it didn't ship. I called and they said it wasn't in stock (even though it showed in stock on the website) and it wasn't available anytime soon. Then they said to choose another seat and send it to their email to check availability. I sent a seat to the email and they didn't even say if it was in stock or not! Customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered some Endlinks for my car on their website and they were having some issues so the order directed me to an error page. I waited 10-15 minutes checked my order history on their website, my bank statement and nothing. I then preceded to try the order again and it went through. Rally Sport Direct. On Oct/20/2020 I made an order with Rally Sport Direct. Order Number 427647. I revised the package on 10/26/2020 3 packages. Which I have video footage of UPS dropping the package of and I picking the package up. As I open the packages. So I fill out my info on my car and select the clutch I want for my Subaru. Double check everything and order my clutch. Then I get my confirmation for my purchase and not only is it not the clutch I ordered but its for the wrong car. But you can't even cancel orders with them so now because of their screw up im about almost $600 unless I can find someone who needs a clutch for a honda. To top it off I over nighted it so my shop could do the clutch Tuesday. Now I have to wait for my only vehicle to be fixed.

Poor customer service, little to no response , I've emailed the company several times in regards to a defective part. after 5 email, and one phone call I received a tracking number randomly no response to what the tracking was for. a part showed up (wrong part) , emailed company to what to do with wrong part no response, made a phone in regards to the wrong part. was told to email the customer support... no response. still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service. 9 days later and I still don’t have a “quote” for the correct parts I asked for. I even provided part #’s. First I dealt with “Jantzen” thru email, which was painful and incredibly slow. Next I dealt with someone over Facebook messenger, again, painful and slow. I took my business elsewhere and was helped almost immediately for what I was looking for. Never again! *PRICES ARE ALSO INFLATED COMPARED TO OTHER SUPPLIERS*
RecommendedI had a far less than awesome experience with a simple order issue. But, 9 days later I do have the correct part I ordered installed, and it’s great. So, all’s well that ends well. Thank you Tylo for your your help, and getting the problem fixed for me in the end.
I pretty much bought all my parts from Rallysport direct and i am very satisfied. i had the chance to deal with the team who are just awesome.. packaging is just great and pricing even better. i would definitely recommend and would like to continue to order with them. great job team!! special thanks to Eddy for bringing my experience to another level! 👍👍👍👍
