i was just told that the gift cards i got for christmas wont work because they changed the card system and wont be back up for maybe 2 weeks, would be nice to be able to actually order stuff.😠

I can not recommend them enough. I’ve bought parts from them over the lifespan of two well-loved cars, my 2012 WRX and AP1 S2000. Recently, I had a complicated issue with an expensive order and financing, and RSD customer support responded to my emails within the hour constantly, and called me whenever they had an update. Devan from customer support made my buying experience a 10/10!

the lowest prices, great communication, and super fast delivery, although I had chosen economy, the whole order was in less than 7 days at my home, which were even faster than if I was ordering from the neighboring country. Was my first order with them and probably not the last.😁
I have been back and forth with Rally and my credit union many times in one day. Rally is asking me for a 6 digit Processing code and my bank has told me... several times... that they have never heard of this code. Rally will not send me the products I ordered. I have never had such a difficult time trying to buy anything online. My bank asked me serveral times if this site is a legit sight because they have no such code. This company has no policy in place for credit unions that do not suport this code. Rally, you lost out ... read more
